Cleveland Clinic Cardiologist John Stephens joins ACMC
Dr. John Stephens

Ashtabula County Medical Center is pleased to announce that Cleveland Clinic Cardiologist John Stephens, MD, is joining the medical staff of Ashtabula County Medical Center.

He joins Cleveland Clinic Cardiologist Perry Fleisher, MD, and ACMC Cardiologist James Cho, MD, giving the hospital three board-certified specialists practicing full-time in Ashtabula. .

Dr. Stephens’ practice includes general cardiology, diagnostic testing such as cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures such as stents, angioplasty and coronary artery atherectomy.

Dr. Stephens will see patients and perform procedures at ACMC four days a week and will spend one day each week at main campus Cleveland Clinic.

A graduate of the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Dr. Stephens is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology. He completed his residency training at University of Michigan Medical Center and dual fellowships at William Beaumont Hospital.

His clinical interests include coronary syndromes, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure, and preventative cardiology.
